“At Google, we believe in openness, so we are using two open standards to allow you to annotate structured data on your site: microformats and RDFa. Both standards allow markup of information on your pages. To ensure that Google understands your markup, we encourage you to follow the format of our examples. You don’t need any prior knowledge of microformats or RDFa to use these standards, just a basic knowledge of XHTML.”

Whether your working on a logo design or a homepage design, don’t just present your concepts to the client and say “what do you think?”, inform your client of your design choices and tell them why you used that angular font or why you used that header color and explain to them why it suits their brand.
If you don’t explain your design choices, but instead just show them a concept, they may simply state that they like it or not without really understanding the designs meaning, If youve explained the design choices, chances are the client will like and accept the concept.
