		<description>I do find this a problem because it not always the website fault if it suffers from slowdown. I assume that google will have in prace a set of tests that will check the speed over a length of time to give a more accurate evaluation of the website. 

Problems with servers, line speed bottlenecks all play a role of causing a website to be slow.

Because of this I think that speed testing will only play a small role on determine the quality of the website compared to more important aspects such as keywords, content and structure.</description>
