When it comes to SEO there are too many search engine friendly techniques that hinder and nicely designed site. This post does not explain that content can appear below non-seo friendly content by simply arranging your content with absolute positioning, structure should have the main content at the top but structure can be bent slightly with absolute positioning. Arrange the design/sidebars/ above the content with css and take control of your site.

Im using webceo and it states you need to have your keywords etc at the bottom also!
